HOTEL REGULATIONS

The management of the hotel will be very grateful for your cooperation in complying with these rules and regulations, which are intended to ensure the peace and safety of the stay of all our guests. The rules and regulations are valid on the premises of the Laziska Hotel and apply to all persons staying there. Beginning a stay at the Hotel is tantamount to the Guest accepting the rules and regulations without any reservations.

1. Hotel day

A room in the hotel is rented for a day. The hotel day lasts from 3 p.m. to 11 a.m. If you wish to extend your stay beyond the period indicated
on the day of arrival, the hotel guest should report it at the reception desk by 10.00 a.m. of the day on which the room rental period expires. The hotel will accommodate requests to extend the stay as far as possible. Staying in a room after 1 p.m. is considered an extension of the stay.

2. Reservation and registration

Hotel guests are subject to a registration obligation, on the basis of an identity card or passport. The hotel guest may not transfer the room to a third party, even if the period for which he has paid the fee has not expired. Persons who are not checked in to the hotel may stay in the hotel room from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The reservation is guaranteed if an advance payment of 30 per cent of the value is made within 7 days of making the reservation. Failure to make a prepayment may result in the cancellation of the reservation. To cancel or change a reservation you have made, please contact the hotel reception: telephone 723 110 110 or e-mail hotellaziska@gmail.com. Changing the date of a reservation is free of charge if it is made at least 2 days before the planned arrival. Cancellation of a reservation is free of charge if reported at least 7 days before the planned arrival – the hotel will not charge the Guest with the costs of the reservation, and the money paid will be returned to the same bank account from which the transfer was made within 21 days. If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the arrival date, the deposit remains with the Hotel. Cancellations within such a period entail the loss of the full amount of the Advance Payment made.

3. Services

The hotel is obliged to provide: conditions for full and unhindered rest of the guest; security of the stay, including keeping the information about our guest confidential; professional and courteous service *cleaning of the room and carrying out the necessary repair of the equipment in the absence of the guest, and in the case of his/her presence only if he/she agrees and wishes;* as far as possible, another room or otherwise alleviate the inconvenience if the defects occurring in the room cannot be removed. Children up to the age of 3 stay free of charge if they sleep in a bed with their parents. It is not possible to provide extra beds/infant cots in the room.

4. Responsibility of visitors

The Hotel Guest is materially liable for any damage or destruction of the hotel’s furnishings and technical equipment caused by the Guest or his/her visitors. Each time leaving the room, the Guest should close the windows, switch off the TV, turn off the light, close the taps of the water supply system, check the locking of the door and leave the key at the reception. A fee of PLN 40 is charged for losing the key to the hotel lock. Do not leave unattended electrical appliances in your room. Small children should not be left unattended in rooms.

5. Hotel’s liability

The guest should notify the hotel reception of the damage as soon as it is discovered. The hotel’s liability for loss of or damage to money, securities, valuables or objects of scientific or artistic value is limited. The hotel is not liable for damage to or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the guest. If a guest under the influence of alcohol and/or intoxicants disturbs the peaceful stay of guests or the operation of the hotel, the guest may be removed from the hotel. The hotel may refuse to accommodate a guest who, during a previous stay, has grossly violated the hotel regulations causing damage to hotel property or guests or damage to the guests, hotel employees or other hotel occupants or has otherwise disrupted the peaceful stay of guests or the operation of the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to refuse to accommodate a guest without giving a reason. Personal belongings left by the departing guest in the hotel room will be sent back to the address indicated by the guest. If no such instruction is received, the hotel will store these items for 3 months.

6. Additional provisions

The hotel is obliged to maintain silence from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. It is forbidden to make excessive noise on the hotel premises, to cause unpleasant smells and to create situations that disturb, harm or annoy other hotel guests.
Animals are not accepted in the hotel.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel and its immediate surroundings except in designated areas intended for this purpose.
Hazardous goods – weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive and illuminating materials – may not be stored in hotel rooms. Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the hotel rooms and their furnishings, except for minor rearrangement of furniture and equipment, not affecting their functionality and safety of use.
