3. Purposes for processing the personal data of hotel guests
The Hotel Guest’s personal data will be processed for the purpose of entering into and fulfilling the contract for the provision of hotel services. In addition, the purpose of the Hotel’s processing of personal data is:
- asserting possible claims by the Hotel in connection with damage caused by the Guest or defending against claims by the Guest against the Hotel
- documentation of service provision for tax purposes
- ensuring the highest quality of service for hotel Guests
In addition, the Hotel processes personal data of Guests collected by hotel CCTV in order to ensure the security of Hotel Guests and other persons on the Hotel premises.
4. Subjects to whom personal data may be communicated
The hotel transfers personal data to the following categories of entities:
- companies providing IT support services to the hotel and the supply of IT software
- documentation of service provision for tax purposes
- ensuring the highest quality of service for hotel Guests
5. Period of processing of personal data
Personal data:
- collected in connection with the Accommodation Agreement shall be processed for the period of limitation of the Hotel’s or the Guest’s tax or civil law claims, whichever is the later
- obtained in connection with the monitoring will be processed for 14 days from the date of recording, after which they will be permanently deleted
6. Visitor’s rights in relation to the processing of personal data
Every Visitor has the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of personal data. In addition, each Guest has the right to object to the processing.
Hotel Guests have the right to request access to their personal data from the controller, the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and the right to data portability. Access to the data is possible at the Hotel’s premises. Furthermore, the Hotel provides the address hotellaziska@gmail.com through which personal data can be contacted.
7. Possibility to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of personal data
Each Guest has the right to lodge a complaint in relation to the processing of his/her personal data to the supervisory authority, which is the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street 00-193 Warsaw.
9. Automated decisions based on personal data, including profiling
The hotel does not make automated decisions on the basis of personal data, including profiling.
